InterWeave Smart Solutions

Smart Solutions includes pre-built integration Solutions between the “Best of Breed” applications in the market today ranging from CRM to Financial to Payments to ERP to Billing to Customer Service, Data Base, Web Services, and more.

InterWeave Smart Solutions Platform

The InterWeave Smart Solutions platform is the first Platform as a Service (PaaS), enabling developers to create and deliver any kind of integrated business Solution, entirely on-demand and without software. The platform IDE includes easy-to-use, point-and-click customization tools to create solutions for your unique business requirements, without any programming experience.

CRM Solutions

CRM Solutions prebuilt Solutions for customer relationship management (CRM) ranging from sales force automation to partner relationship management, marketing, and customer service/support.

InterWeave Platform

The InterWeave platform is a Platform as a Service (PaaS), enabling developers to create and deliver any kind of business application, entirely on-demand and without software. The platform also includes easy-to-use, point-and-click customization tools to help you create solutions for your unique business requirements, without any programming experience.

InterWeave Exchange

The InterWeave Exchange is an on-demand Solution-sharing service, featuring Solutions created by InterWeave customers, developers, and partners. Some of the Solutions are free and all of them are pre-integrated with our partner CRM’s, enabling you to easily and efficiently add functionality.

InterWeave Solutions, Hosted, Hybrid Models

Customers today are looking for Solutions that meet their specific requirements and provide them unlimited flexibility. InterWeave Smart Solutions provide our customers unlimited options in both. Smart Solutions offers the industry’s first and only: CRM, Financial, ERP, Payments, Billing, eCommerce and Customer Service applications ready to integrate and configure in a “Self-Service SaaS” model. You configure your integration between the applications with 100’s of configurable options available per Solution.

InterWeave Smart Solutions are available in three options.
  1. Smart Solutions – Customers can use Smart Solutions SaaS, hosted model, paying an annual subscription fee for the use of the InterWeave Smart Solutions they select.
  2. Smart Solutions On-Site – Customers can select to own and install own perpetual software license(s) and create and run Smart Solutions in their environment, or
  3.  Smart Solutions Hybrid and OEM – Customers can select option i, but utilize the InterWeave IDE to develop, maintain and extend their Solutions. All options take advantage of the benefits realized with InterWeave support and maintenance.

Prior to Registration and Login, two documents are provided to you by our InterWeave Sales Representative; The 8 Step Document and the InterWeave Survey.

The 8 Steps to Complete your Integration with Salesforce and QuickBooks with InterWeave Smart Solutions (ex. Salesforce to QuickBooks).

Welcome to the 8 Steps to build your InterWeave Smart Solution. There is a pre-curser document to this one, “Your Onboarding Checklist for your Salesforce to QuickBooks Integration”. If you haven’t had a chance to preview this, please do so now, as it will present the InterWeave Models for you to make your A/R and A/P components visible and ready for your customization.

The main customer portal login is located at http://www.interweave.biz/ – select “Customer Login” on the header top bar.

The InterWeave Smart Solutions Planning Survey (ex. Salesforce to QuickBooks).

The survey is an eleven-page document where you detail how you are using your CRM today (the Source), how you are using your QuickBooks today (the Target), and now they will be integrated in real-time – and how you would like them to work together.

Your InterWeave Technical Specialist will assist you with these documents.

Registration & Login in the InterWeave Solutions Portal
    1. Got to InterWeave – The SmartIntegration Platform
    2. Right hand side – click on Customer Login
    3. Bottom Right – click on Edit Company Profile
    4. Enter your Company, Administrator’s e-mail and Password. Select Load Company Profile
    5. Click Next and you’re into your Configuration
    6. Begin your walk through the Configuration with your InterWeave Technical Specialist
    7. This takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Registration

In the future we may offer a voluntary site registration form where users provide us with contact information (like their name and email address), unique identifiers, and demographic information (like their zip code, age, or income level). We will use contact information from the registration form to send the user information about our company and promotional material from some of our partners. The customer’s contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Order Forms

In the future, our site may use an order form for visitors to request information, products, and services.
